Oyster Shooter Cocktail

 Ingredients

  •  1 Small freshly shucked raw oyster with its juice (liquor)
  •  1 teaspoon Cocktail sauce
  •  1 lemon wedges
  •  1 or 2 shots vodka

Instructions

  •  Place oyster in shot glass, top with desired amount of vodka, add cocktail sauce and squeeze lemon over top.

Wild Turkey and Dry

Ingredients

  • 30mL Wild Turkey Bourbon
  • 6 lime wedges
  • Ginger beer or dry ginger ale

Method

  1. Pour Wild Turkey over ice in a large glass tumbler.
  2. Squeeze 6 lime wedges.
  3. Top up with ginger beer or dry ginger ale.

Cham Cham

Ingredients

  • 15mL Chambord Black
  • Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 Glass of your favourite Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Method

  1. Simply pour Chambord into a flute and top up with Champagne or Sparkling Wine.
  2. Garnish with a raspberry.

Chambord is a regal liqueur that is derived from the richest black raspberries and then concentrated into liqueur from. A must have in any drinks cabinet it is a regular in cocktail circles.

 

En Amor

Ingredients

  • 30mL Skyy Vodka
  • 15mL Cointreau
  • 60mL pineapple juice
  • Lemonade

Method

  1. Build ingredients over ice in a chilled rocks glass.
  2. Gently stir and serve with lime wedges.

Ingredients

  • 60mL Havana Club Añejo Especial
  • 20mL fresh lime juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a tall glass.

  3. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedges.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Frangelico
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 30ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 fresh passionfruit

Method

  1. Scoop out the flesh of the passionfruit into a chilled Martini glass.
  2. Add other ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into the Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a passionfruit slice.

Ingredients

  • 60mL Canadian Club Whisky
  • 30mL Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes bitters

Method

  1. Stir and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with maraschino cherry

Grey Goose Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

  • 45ml Grey Goose L’Orange
  • 10ml Grand Marnier
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml cranberry juice
  • 10ml fresh lime juice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients in order listed into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Present with a twist of orange.

  •  200ml orange juice

  •  1/2 shot grenadine
  •  1/2 shot peach schnapps (archers)
  •  1/2 shot white rum
  •  3 count lemonade
  •  3 count sweet & sour mix
  •  1/2 shot Blue Curacao

Instructions

  •  Fill a Collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add grenadine and peach schnapps and white rum into glass. Then fill with sweet and sour and lemonade. Drizzle around the edge of the glass with Blue Curacao.

Blow Job Cocktail

Ingredients

  •  1 part whipped cream
  •  1 part Kahlua
  •  1 part Bailey’s Irish Cream
  •  1 part vodka

Instructions

  •  Layer in order into shot glass. Shoot with no hands.

Woo Woo Cocktail

 Ingredients

  •  25mill peach schnapps (archers)
  •  25mill vodka
  •  50mill cranberry juice

Instructions

  •  put ice in a glass. Then add archers and vodka, Finally fill the rest of the glass to the top with cranberry juice. Stir it with a stirrer and your drink is complete. Very yummy..
